Donna Phillips is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with experience in developing and providing individualised services to children and adolescents with communication delay and disorder. Donna has experience in evaluating the possibilities of low tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, to meet an individual’s communication skills and needs, with training in Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) and Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display (PODD). Donna is dedicated to a collaborative approach to intervention, working persistently with children and adolescents to achieve their long-term speech, language and communication goals. She is passionate about creating motivating session activities to target therapy goals and enable children to reach their full communication potential and maximise their participation in everyday life.
