Tracy Mitchell

Senior Psychologist

Tracy Mitchell Tracy is a registered psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Association. She has over 20 years’ experience working with children and adolescents as a school counsellor, teacher and psychologist. Tracy works with children and their families to support difficulties with learning, behaviour and social issues. She has worked in public school in NSW for 12 years before moving to work in private school system for past 9 years. Tracy has an interest in working with children and teens with anxiety, depression and school based issues including bullying, behaviour difficulties and exam stress. She is able to provide academic, cognitive and behaviour assessment for issues including learning difficulties, ADHD, and gifted children. Tracy will work with the child’s family and school when needed to support positive change. She uses evidence bases therapies which best suit the individual child and family including CBT, ACT solution-based frameworks and positive psychology.
