Fee Schedules

All About Kids is a long-standing, privately owned and operated service. This means we are a fee-for-service clinic. We do, however, accept various funded programs, including Medicare, Brisbane Mind, Private Health, Employee Assistance, and Insurance supports, to assist our clients.

KEEPING SERVICES ACCESSIBLE

All About Kids is committed to keeping services accessible for families. While national professional bodies provide recommended fee rates, we aim to keep our pricing well below those guidelines to support our community.

REFERRALS

You don’t need a referral to access counselling, psychological support, or any of our therapy services at All About Kids. Call, email, or fill in the Booking Enquiry Form (located near the Menu Bar at the top of the page) to be added to our waitlist for a suitable appointment.

We encourage you to browse our therapist profiles to find someone who feels like the right fit for you and your child. If you do have a referral from your GP, Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist under a government rebate program, you may be eligible for a rebate.

FEES AND REBATES

What to expect: Sessions with our psychologists, counsellors, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and occupational therapists generally run between 30 to 60 minutes. The duration depends on your child's needs and the type of service. Initial appointments often take longer and sometimes flow into your second session to allow time for discussion, goal setting, and assessment.

Our full fee schedule is available in the table below. Fees vary by service type and session length.

If you’re facing financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we will see what we are able to offer.

MEDICARE REBATES

Mental Health Care Plans

You may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year through a referral from your GP, Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist. This applies to psychology, mental health OT, and social work services.

Chronic Disease Management Plans

Allied health services such as psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology may be partially covered under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP). Your GP can advise if this plan suits your child's needs.

Autism and Disability Rebates

Children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other disabilities may qualify for additional rebates under specific Medicare initiatives. Eligibility is determined by your Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.
