Supporting healthy minds and bodies through movement

At All About Kids, our Clinical Exercise Physiologists (EPs) work with children to improve their physical development, movement, strength, and overall well-being, including supporting their physical and mental health.

Whether your child needs help with coordination, is recovering from injury, or has a chronic condition or disability, our EPs create individualised exercise programs tailored to their needs and goals.
